Pet Bed Order Cut-Off Info

The pet bed cover will arrive according to the above table, and the pillow insert will arrive via UPS Ground 3-8 business days after you place your order.

Our pet beds are comprised of two parts: an outer cover and a pillow insert, which are shipped as two separate parcels. Our covers are normally shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We ship our pillow inserts via UPS Ground directly from our California manufacturer, so they can take 3-8 business days to arrive after ordering. Unfortunately we have passed the cutoff for guaranteed delivery of pillows by 12/24/18; however, send us an email if you really need a pillow ASAP and we will do our best to help you!

*Custom beds are not included in this cut-off criteria.

What if I miss the ordering cut-off?

For you last-minute shoppers, we now have an option to make sure you still get the purrr-fect gift for that someone special!

If you just missed our shipping cut-offs, we will still get your product to you as quickly as possible, and in the meantime, we will email you an ‘IOU’ (in PDF form) to print out and give to your loved one on the big day. Please leave us a note at checkout if you would like this option!
Available for orders placed by Dec. 23, 2018 11:59pm EST.

Happy Holidays!

Pet Bed Dimensions

Due to the squishy nature of pillows, please note that sizes are approximate and may vary slightly.

We HIGHLY recommend measuring your pet prior to ordering to avoid costly return shipping fees.

Dog Collar Dimensions

Collars should be tight enough that they can’t slip off, but loose enough to fit a few fingers in between the neck and the collar.

Using a soft measuring tape, measure around the base of your dog’s neck. For optimal comfort, add roughly two inches to the measurement. You should be able to fit two fingers in between the tape measure and the dog’s neck.
